    What to make with it

    Bacon

    Low oven on a sheet pan beats a skillet — flatter, less spatter, and the fat renders even. Keep the drippings.

    Medium links

    Straight in a cast iron pan with a splash of water, lid on, then uncovered to brown.

    Maple bulk

    Press into patties, crumble into a hash, build a strata, or start a pan of biscuits and gravy.

    Questions people ask

    What does “naturally cured” mean?
    We cure with celery, carrot and cherry juices and powders instead of synthetic nitrates. It is still cured bacon — the curing agents just come from vegetables.
    How spicy is the Medium?
    Sage and black pepper forward, gentle heat. If you want none at all, the Mild is sold separately in the store.
    What is the difference between links and bulk?
    Links are already portioned in casings. Bulk is loose, so you press your own patties or crumble it into whatever you’re cooking.
    Are these fully cooked?
    No — all three are fresh. Cook pork to 160°F internal.
    How long do they keep?
    Frozen, several months with no real loss. Once thawed in the refrigerator, cook within a couple of days.
    Can I swap something out?
    Not at the bundle price, but everything in it is sold individually in the store — including the Mild breakfast sausage and our Bacon Ends.
