Why this one
Nothing to figure out
No unfamiliar cuts, no long cook. Grill, skillet or sheet pan. This is a weeknight that happens to be raised right.
The proven one's in here
The jalapeño cheddar brat is the single most reordered item in our store. Both of our known repeat customers came back for it.
Three different dinners
Andouille into beans or jambalaya, brats on the grill, German brats with kraut. One box, three completely different meals.
If you've never ordered from us, this is the box we'd point you at. It's the one we're most confident brings you back.
How it gets to you
Shipping is calculated by zone at checkout, and free shipping kicks in at a threshold that depends on where you live. Full rates and thresholds by state →
If it shows up anything less than frozen solid, send us a photo the day it lands and we'll replace it or refund it. No forms, no argument.
What to do with it
- Grill them slow. Indirect heat, turn them a few times, don't split the casings. They're already seasoned — you don't need to do a thing to them.
- Andouille and beans. Slice it into a pot of white beans with an onion and let it go. Cheapest good dinner we know.
- Sheet-pan supper. Brats on a pan with quartered onions and peppers, 400°F until everything catches some color.
People ask us how to cook this stuff constantly — which is why we started filming it instead of just telling them. Recipes and cooking videos →
Who's raising this
We're a family farm in Monticello, Kentucky. Bob and Colleen run it, and we're building it into something worth handing down. The animals are raised here, the meat is cut and packed here, and when you email the farm, one of us reads it.
We're not a marketplace putting our name on somebody else's meat. If something in this box isn't right, you're not filing a ticket — you're telling the person who raised it.
