The Bluegrass Protein Prep Box is built for meal preppers, active households and anyone who wants dependable chicken options waiting in the freezer. You’ll receive six pounds of chicken breasts plus enough ground chicken to make approximately sixteen quarter-pound chicken burgers.

One Box, Dozens of Meal Possibilities

Use the chicken breasts for grilling, baking, sheet-pan dinners, salads and protein bowls. Turn the ground chicken into burgers, tacos, lettuce wraps, meatballs or your favorite skillet meals.

The one-pound packages make it easy to thaw only what you need while keeping the remainder safely frozen.

Summer Shipping

Your chicken is packed frozen in an insulated shipping box with dry ice. Frozen orders leave the farm on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent packages from sitting in a carrier’s facility over the weekend.

Summer overnight shipping is a flat $29.99. Tracking information is provided when your order leaves the farm.
