The Bluegrass Backyard Grill Box is made for backyard cooks who want plenty of juicy, flavorful chicken to grill, smoke or roast. It combines crowd-pleasing dark meat, wings and our specialty Smokey Jalapeño bulk chicken sausage in one freezer-filling box.

The thighs, butterflied drumsticks and wings are ready for your favorite rubs, sauces and smoking techniques. Shape the bulk Smokey Jalapeño chicken sausage into patties or make approximately sixteen hearty two-ounce appetizers.

Summer Shipping

Your chicken is packed frozen in an insulated shipping box with dry ice. Frozen orders leave the farm on Mondays and Tuesdays to help prevent packages from sitting in a carrier’s facility over the weekend.

Summer overnight shipping is a flat $29.99. Tracking information is provided when your order leaves the farm.

Alpha-Gal–Conscious Chicken Option

Our chicken products are made without mammalian meat ingredients. Our Smokey Jalapeño chicken sausage is packaged in bulk and does not use mammalian casing or mammalian-derived additives.
