We're Bob and Colleen.

About ten years ago we put down roots in Monticello, Kentucky and built Serenity Valley Farms because we wanted to know exactly where our food was coming from.

Our cattle are pasture-raised in Wayne County on open land the way animals were meant to live. No feedlots. No confinement. No shortcuts. We believe the way an animal lives directly affects the way it tastes — and our customers tell us they can taste the difference.

The 21-day dry-aging process happens after harvest right here on the farm. It concentrates the flavor, tenderizes the meat naturally, and produces the kind of beef most people only experience at a steakhouse.

What does 21-day dry-aged mean and why does it matter?
Dry aging allows natural enzymes to break down muscle fibers over 21 days in a controlled environment. The result is beef that's more tender with a deeper, more concentrated flavor than fresh-cut meat. Most grocery store beef is wet-aged in vacuum packaging for a few days at most. The difference is immediately noticeable.
How does shipping work?
We ship Monday and Tuesday using insulated boxes with dry ice. Orders arrive in 2–4 business days. We don't ship on weekends so your order never sits in a warehouse over a holiday. Everything arrives frozen and ready for your freezer.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship to all 48 contiguous states. We don't currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
How long will it keep in my freezer?
Properly stored, your cuts will keep 6–12 months in a standard freezer and up to 2 years in a deep freeze.
What if I'm not happy with my order?
